Geoff
Managing Director
Geoff has been a practising accountant for over 30 years. He formed the company in 2003 to specialise in taxation and the preparation of accounts for small and medium businesses and charities.
He is a fellow of the Association of International Accountants (FAIA); the Society of Company Accountants (FSCA); and the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT).
For many years he kept horses and was a keen cyclist, spending holidays cycling across Europe and Scandinavia. He is an avid reader of history books and magazines, and enjoys walking closed railway lines. He is also a supporter of Notts Forest and Norwich city.

Director / Senior Accountant
Andy has an honours degree in Accounting and finance from the University of Wales and a doctorate from the University of Nottingham. He is a practising member of the Association of International Accountants.
He is a motorsport enthusiast and enjoys music, travel and natural history.

Carolina
Senior Accountant / Office Manager
Carolina has been associated with the company for over ten years. She has a BSc degree in Accounting and Finance from Sheffield and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Her out-of-work activities include nearly anything that requires energy and stamina such as running marathons and wild water swimming.
Being from Colombia, she also speaks fluent Spanish.

Liubov
Senior Accountant
Liubov has been with the firm for ten years. She is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians but also has an M.A. from a Russian University. At the moment she is studying to be a Chartered Certified Accountant.
When she has time, she likes to read fiction.

Louise
Senior Accountant
Louise studied Accounting and Finance at Nottingham Trent University and completed her training as a Chartered Accountant with Pricewaterhousecoopers.
She spent fifteen years in industry before returning to private practice in 2014.
She is presently responsible for a portfolio of small limited companies and charities, which require regular Management Accounts as well as yearly submissions.
Louise enjoys bell ringing, eating out, singing, going to the theatre and relaxing with friends.

Mariola
Accountant
Mariola joined the team in March 2023 and holds a BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of Derby.
She is an active member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
In her free time, she enjoys dancing, playing chess as well as go-karting and participating in competitions with friends.
Mariola is also fluent in the Polish language.

Abbi
Account Assistant
Abbi studied Equine Sports Science (Equestrian Psychology) at University and has extensive experience in admin and clerical work.
She joined MG Walker in November 2024 and really enjoys working with the team.
She participates in all things outdoors such as hiking, swimming, camping and spending time with her horse.
Abbi also has a keen interest in yoga, holistic health and wellbeing.
